Special Presentation: WCU Intersectional Environmental Studies (Food Security, Climate Action Planning, and Water Studies) 

Kate Clark would like to get the West Slope Food System Partnership’s input on WCU's proposed classes in order to build the program informed by food system stakeholders' identified as needs.  Kate will lay out the proposed curriculum changes and then gather feedback and insights to inform program design.  If time permits, she will also share their plans to apply for the USDA’s NLGCA grant and invite the Food System Partners to collaborate on this, for instance, in developing relationships for internships for our students.
