Hello. My name is Holly Napier and I am the Food Sourcing Manager for Feeding Colorado, an association of the 5 Feeding America food banks in our state.

My background is in small farming in the Durango area where I raised broiler chickens, eggs, lamb and goat meat. I also worked for 8 yrs. at our local USDA inspected processing facility in production management.

I'm involved with multiple Feeding Colorado projects in order to source more Colorado raised and produced products for our food banks and their partners. I'm interested in following the IQF processing, meat processing, and food aggregation at the Western Slope Food Innovation Center.

I'd like to help in any way that I can to further research and develop the processing facilities at this project. Looking forward to working with you all!
